Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 5th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Do you give any discounts to local employers?

No, we do not offer a preferred employer discount program at this time at our community.

Does your community offer furnished apartments?

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

Is there in-unit laundry?

What appliances are included?

All apartment homes will include the following appliances: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, some stackable washers and dryers, some full-size washers and dryers, and some microwaves. Is there air conditioning/heating?

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Are there ceiling fans?

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer EV charging stations as an amenity in our community.

Yes, our community is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment, and is conveniently located near Opry Mills and Nashville International Airport. Please contact the leasing office for more information about nearby destinations.

What is the roommate policy?

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing with roommates is available within our leasing portal.

Is there a maximum number of occupants?

The maximum number of occupants per apartment is: one-bedroom up to 3 people, two-bedroom up to 5 people, and three-bedroom up to 6 people. Please contact the leasing office for additional clarification.

Can guests stay over, and for how long?

Guests may not stay more than 7 days without being added to the lease. For guest restrictions, please consult your lease agreement or contact the leasing office.

Is there guest parking available?
